margins for pages

Hello,

I have a few questions that I was not able to find a solution in the forum. My url is: http://www.gotoguy.websitesbylena.com
I am using the movers theme.

1. When creating new pages there is very little left margin space on the page. I would like to have more left margin space on all my pages.

2. is there a way to ad an image in the widgets section?
3. Is there a way to ad the only a Facebook social icon on the white area of the banner, next to Email Us section.
4. How do I eliminate the top menu. I do not need two menu’s.
5. When I click on my testimonials link it goes to a page with Archives as the title. It should say “Testimoinals”
6. On the About Me page there is a Leave a reply box. How do I get rid of that?
