When I make the window smaller, the top logo appears to be pushed off center. How do I make it so that the logo PNG is always centered within the logo area, no matter what size the window it is being viewed on?

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Options>>Basic Settings>>Custom CSS Box:
Add this code there:
#logo img { display:table !important; margin:auto;}
