Links of the Social Icons don't work in home slider

I am using Political candidate theme.
The links of the social icons don’t works in the home page slider.
This is the code that I put into “Me information”:

What could be the problem?

Hello again,

I noticed that if I reduce the width of the screen, then the social links work correctly, but if the browser width is greater than 1023 px, then the links stop working.

Any ideas about what could be the problem?
