    So I downloaded the theme to my mac, the zip file is immediately unpacked. So when trying to install there’s no zip file. How to install now?

    Hi,

    After downloading the theme don’t double click on it to unpack. By the way even if you unpacked the original zip file remains in Mac. Check downloads folder. And then go to Appearance>Themes>Add New and add the zip and upload.

    If still can’t do send us email: [email protected] with your WordPress admin details and url of the site.

    Hi

    I had the same problem.

    I downloaded it on my mac but there is no clue of the zip file.

    Please help me! I’m going nut!

    Hi,

    When you download the theme file. Its in zip format. Then you double click it and it unzips. So in the folder where it unzipped check for the zip.

    If this is troublesome send us the WordPress admin details and url of your website via email: [email protected] and we will take care to install the theme for you.
