    Hi,
    I have tried to install the pro version of your Theme “Healing Touch” 2 weeks ago.
    So far I have not heard back from you. This is very disappointing as I have paid for the program and it wilt load.

    I have experienced the following problems:

    1. The download was not a zipped file
    File came down as “skt-healing-touch-pro” (4.5 MB)
    – I was able to compress to a “.zip” size 3.3 MB file.

    2. in following your video No. 2 I attempted to upload into WordPress – result this error message
    “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.”

    What do I do now? Please get back to me as a matter of urgency

    I am using a Macbook Pro with OSX10.10.1 (Yosemite) – in both Safari (Version 8.0 (10600.1.25.1)) and Chrome (Version 50.0.2661.94 (64-bit))
