    The instructions I was given after I paid for the upgrade for the app theme don’t work.   My dashboard just says the app is already installed.   Please provide detailed instructions on how to install the upgrade with links to the correct webpages.

    Through Dashboard

    Log in to the WordPress Dashboard.
    Go to Appearance->Themes.
    Click on Install Themes at the top.
    Type Select theapp.zip.
    You will see the theme. Click on Install Now to install the theme.

    Manual Installation using FTP

    Unzip theapp.zip to your Desktop.
    Using an FTP client to access your host web server. Go to /wp-content/themes/
    Upload theme to /wp-content/themes/.
    Go to Appearance->Themes and activate theme from Dashboard.

    Hi,

    You have theApp theme installed. You have to install the Pro zip using the above instructions.

    Or else do one thing send us website url and WordPress admin details via email: [email protected] and we will install the Pro version theme for you.
