Kindly use image size 1400px wide and 200/300px in height.

Kindly use image of more height than the current one and skip cropping while setting up inner header image.

I have added two images (size 1400 X 600) in customize / header image, and removed the individual image set under the individual page, but it still isn’t showing an image of that size.

Can you please let me know what I’m doing wrong?

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box

Add this code there:

.innerbanner{height:auto !important;}
