IE 11 on Windows 8.1 has issues with this theme

I don’t know what to say.  IE 11.0.18 on Windows 7 works without a problem.  same version of IE on Windows 8.1 has a problem.  On all other browsers it seems to be fine.  Really strange….

Any suggestions?

We can then check on Windows 8.1 IE11 and confirm if there is a problem or not.

It also doesn’t seem to matter if I use compatibility settings.  I am looking forward to any suggestions or fixes.

I have 2 laptops running windows 8.1 and they both display the same thing.  I disabled all my addons and it still doesn’t display properly.  I added it to my trusted sites and reduced it to low so any security settings were disabled, still no change.  Interesting Server 2012 works….  I don’t know I’m confused.

Problem fixed.  Ihad to uninstall ie 11 and reinstall it.  What a pain in the….
