Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Options>>Basic Settings>>Custom CSS Box:

Add this code there:

.tagline { font-size:15px !important; padding-right:70px;}

@media screen and (max-width:1169px) and (min-width:1024px) {
.tagline { padding-right:45px;}
}
