    When I do it locally WP says the theme zip-file has to be smaller than 2 mb. The theme SKT fitness pro is 2,5 or 3 something

    You can extract zip and paste the folder in wp-content/themes area and then activate theme via appearance>themes from backend since you are in Localhost.
