    I’m unsure of how to enable “Aggregate Ratings” from WP SEO Schema when my home-page is set to latest-posts via the skt-black pro theme.

    (Usually you go to pages, select the page where you want to enable “Aggregate Ratings”, and then at the bottom there’s a button to enable it)
