how to change the fonts to the site title and logo

I’m trying to change the fonts size of the text, just underneath the logo but it doen’t work

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize>>Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

span.desc { font-size:20px !important;}

Also I don’t understand how I can move the logo and the the writings right or left … or even up and down
