How To Adjust Padding/ Margin of PicArt Theme Header ogo

Hi,

At http://www.staging.coolbeanswebdesign.com/erc/ I have a long logo to create the effect of two orange bands top and bottom with a logo at the left.
I have chosen the best header style to allow this but i want the logo (two orange strips) to go all the way to the end of the screen, both full width or no sidebar.

I have been trying a few different css additions but getting stuck.
Please help?
