How to adjust menu more on left of screen

Kindly, guide me how to adjust the menu more on left of screen. Because I used wide screen, that menu is not at correct place on left side. Refer snapshot for more understanding.

Kindly go to Appereance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box

Add this code:

#secondary{position:relative; right:20px;}
