How to add my pop up in home page?

Hi there,
I have the membership to ask questions and I have something that I need to fix:

I have subscribed to AWeber and I need to put a pop over (or a pop up as well) in my exceptiona-theme HOMEPAGE.

Is there a specific place that I can use in wordpress dashboard to put this pop up, for the visitors of my website to see that pop up when they upload my website home page?
