    Hi,

my template is SKT Design Agency Pro, and this template has its own form for a date, because it runs over the settings in WordPress. My page is not in English, but I hope you’ll be able to see from the images below what I mean. In English the date is 25 December 2016. I could only manage to remove the capitalization of December (in my language months are not written with a capitalized letter) in style.css, but I couldn’t find where to add the dot after the number. It should be: 25. decembra 2016.

    without a dot - SKT's settings

with a dot - WordPress settings

This is a big deal to me, because I’m a copy-editor (for my language) and the missing dot means the date is written orthographically incorrectly.

    Hi Vesna,

Kindly go to content.php and search and find post-date. You can add dot from there.

    Regards,
    Dave

    Hi,

thanks for your help. Unfortunately, content.php didn’t contain what I needed, I found the right line in inc/custom.functions.php.

In case someone else wants to change the date display, the line is:

    <span>'.get_the_time('d F Y').'</span>
