Hello,
My homepage slider is not working since upgrade WordPress in v.4.5.1.
I buy this theme : #4559 June 19, 2015
Can anyone tell me how to fix the problem please ?
Hi Pascal,
Theme has been updated since this is a problem for users on WordPress 4.5.1
Given you re-access to the theme. Kindly re-download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate new theme.
Deletion of theme does not delete theme options or its settings. Uploading and activating the new theme will solve these problems.
Regards,
Brad
Hi,
I have the same problem.
I followed the istruction: change theme, delete SKT Photo Session PRO, re-upload and re-active.
Do not work…wordpress version 4.5.2, order #6027, site http://www.parmy.it
I installed both version (free and PRO Photo Session), I must delete only PRO or both?
Regards
Lorenzo
Thank you very much.
the problem is solved.
I still entitled to 1 download Panorama in my account. Then I guess we’ll buy the license?
