Homepage of my site is not to be found in “Pages” menu. When I go to “Customize theme” and select “Static front page” – the dropdown option for Front page says “Select”. If I change it to anything else – I get an empty template. As a result I can not modify front page options.
Please support.

Here’s the trick.
Kindly go to settings>readings>select Your latest posts.
Then go to appearance>menus and add Custom Link: Home and link will be your website URL: https://alientech.com
And then reorder to be that one on the top and save.
Now home will appear and there will be a home button also in navigation to link back to it.

Shri
Done that. The page is still not appearing in “Pages” section. “Static front page” can still not be selected.
Sorry didn’t understand you want to show up static front page and not sections on the homepage?

Sent you access please take a look
By selecting static page you didn’t select anything but kept it at select. When i selected about us now its showing that page: https://alientech.com/
So i don’t think there’s any problem.

See email, please reverse your changes.
Restored the homepage. Added pages via appearance>menus the missing pages if that is what you were asking for.

Shri
