    Dear sir or maddam
    I need some help to understand how can I change this box to my custom one, i need to know the exact location of this bit and if it is possible to make changes directly in code.

    Can u see this link? How can i change url in this boxes , without use Theme options in Word-Press CMS, where can i find file with URL code for change this boxes.
