HELP, site offline after Logo & Favicon change

Hi there, my website just went offline after I tried inserting an image in the logo & favicon section in the customizer. Even the wordpress admin is down. I tried removing the image in the customizer when I still had access to it, but it didn’t change back.

I get this message when I try to access the site:

Please, I don’t even care about the favicon, I just want the back online. Any help would be appreciated.

My apologies, it was a problem with my provider and they corrected it. The site is back online.
