I am upgrading from the free Healing Touch to the Pro version. I had no trouble with the free version but wanted more options so I upgraded. I am having a problem with the logo– it shows as a broken link, even though in Appearance/Theme Options/Basic Settings I see the logo. You can see the problem at downtownplasticsurgeryla.pageplanet.com. Thank you for your help.
It looks like the problem had to do with me trying to use a Child Theme. As soon as I switched back to the SKT Healing Touch Pro theme (not a child based on it) the logo showed up. I would like to be able to use a child theme– is that possible?
Hi,
You don’t need to use a child theme with this theme as it has a Custom CSS box in the appearance>theme options>basic settings area.
So no need to use a child theme. Plus future upgrades don’t modify anything within the core or your theme options be saved in database so future upgrades won’t cause any problem to the main theme.
