Healing touch can’t search and replace database

I was trying to do a search and replace on my site. Getting rid of all http: and old site links and it does not appear to replace things that are part of the theme. Like graphic button with links in them.

The only way I see is to manually loud up specific theme areas or pages in eliminator and hunt and peck to find them.

I tried three search and replace WP plug ins but no avail.

Is it possible to do a search and replace of the WP database to get these links in the theme?
