Header widget not displayed

Hi,
I’m using SKT Construction Pro theme. I’m trying to display a language switcher widget in the header widget section of the theme. I can drag and drop the widget in the section but it won’t be displayed. Footer widget are working fine.
Can you tell me why isn’t working for the header one?
