Header image does not scale

    Hi,

    Just putting finishing touches to my website, but one problem remains.
    The header image 1400×200 jpg or png, will not scale with the screen size. When you reduce screen size the image squashes rather than show a section of or reduce height along with width.

    Any idea on how to fix?
