    Hi, I am using SKT construction Pro and i don’t see a header background image. it uploaded and everything but is not showing up on background of the header. i am using an image size of 1400 x 272.

    Is there a certain image file type i have to use?(.png,.jpg?).

    Do i need to change the header background color to a certain color?

    Kindly use .jpg images for the header.

    Hi,
    yes it is a .jpg file type jpeg file format. still doesnt work. it refreshes the page but the header background stays black.
