    I have built the customization in a ‘sand box’ on a sub folder on my domain. Now i need to move that theme — with all the customization to my main domain name. I tried to just download all the files and copy them over, but all the customization was not there. Any suggestions? thanks in advance!

    Moving WordPress
    You want the 4th section down ‘Moving Directories On Your Existing Server’.

    Or a plugin solution that has worked for me on occasion (read the disclaimers on the plugin site)
    is WP Clone which is a wordpress plugin to move sites.

    thanks .. i only need to move the theme tho … and i copied the files over – still had to do everything over and lost the ability to do some customization. I have written to support – sort of in a time crunch 😀
