Girly sections in front page

Hi,
I have problem with theme girly in front page in sections.

Section 2: there is no space between columns 2 and 3
Section 4: I’d like the background to be darker so that the text would stand out more, like in the sample. How do I do this?
Section 5 blog posts: the buttons are under the text, how to fix this?

I have a problem with sliders. How can I change their size? I think slides are too large. I also want them to be the same side.

I am also not able to change my bog name, even if I am changing this in edit mode.
