Get rid of link from a menu

Hello, again.

I would like to make it so Salon Services on the menu is not linked to a page.
http://artisan-salon.com/salon-services/hair/

I just want it to be there to have sub menus (right now I only have 1 submenu, Hair, but will be adding more)

So for Salon Services, on the main menu, you see Salon Services. When I click on it, it goes to
http://artisan-salon.com/salon-services/

But I don’t want it to go to another page or to be clickable. I just want the text there, so drop down menu can be there.

So only menu clickable for Salon Services should be “hair”, “waxing and makeup” and “bridal services”, but not “salon services”
