I have the Yogi Pro theme, and I’m having issues with my blog. I have my front page set as a static page, not my blog page, as you can see here: http://stretchtopia.com/
However, my blog page still has the slider and all the front pages sections before the blog starts. http://stretchtopia.com/workplace-wellness-blog/
I tried entering the CSS to hide the slider, but the welcome page and service boxes are still there. The formatting is really off without the slider. I feel like I’ve tried everything – deleted the blog page and created it again (set the template to Blog – right sidebar). I also tried taking the blog off the reading settings, but then the blog posts don’t show up on the blog page.
Overall, I just want the blog page to be a blog page, without all the front page header stuff. Any help most appreciated!
Hi,
Kindly go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings >> Custom CSS Box:
Add this code there:
.blog .slider-main, .blog #wrapOne, .blog #wrapTwo { display:none !important;}
Regards,
Chris
That worked perfectly! Thank you.
