    How can I force mobile view?

    Do I just change the breakpoint in the media query or is there some other trick to get the hamburger menu and one-column view always.

    Got it.

    in css/theme-responsive.css change the media queries to max-width: 1920 or whichever
    in js/custom.js change the jQuery var adjustMenu = function() to detect ww < 1920
