Footer Lines Under Title Text

I have to show you this link for what I want removed because the https://imgbb.com/ website is down. I want to remove these lines that appear under the titles. How can I do that?

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

#footer .footercols4 h3::after { display:none !important;}

Thanks. I use 3 columns, so I had to change footercols4 to footercols3, but it worked.
