Hi Brad
When I import the featured image it works well on the computer full width.
When I checked on my iphone, it compress/distorted massive.
When I control with yellow pencil, the test ist ok. The default sliders also are all ok.
I do what is exactly written by your documentation.
I for testing imported another image. What happen is that this image is almost ok, it means, it is not compressed, but it cuts part of the image on the right side.
What happen that is so different but not as should be?

two weeks ago I asked you for help by the featured image problem. I sent you my URL by “contact” as you asked to me because the homepge is not public. It needs the pw for going in, which I sent you immediatly. Dont get you my mail with the needed info?
I would appreciate to solve the problem.

A genearal question:
Would not solve many problems wiht a update? or are the problems people have with Complet Pro so different and only individal possible zu solve?
