exclude current post in shortcode

I’d like to add “You may also like this” session at the bottom of a post with poststyle3 shortcode, how to exclude the current post in the list? Here is the shortcode I’m using:
[posts-style3 show=”3″ cat=”21″]
also, can I set the order in random?

Here we are using a post shortcode on post single page, Here it’s work to showing a post, on this shortcode there is no option to exclude the current post.
