Although this is not lining up nicely. I was hoping to get each members specialties to show under their name and title.

Kindly go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings >> Custom CSS Box:

Add this code there:

.ourclasses_col .title_day_time { min-height:230px;}
