Hi Jesus,

We don’t process refunds. All themes was purchased in September 12th 2024 from your end which got renewed automatically via PayPal on September 12th 2025.

This was not an error but automated billing. We immediately cancelled the subscription (a profile cancelled email was sent via PayPal).

Since you are a lifetime package member, there aren’t any subscriptions active on your account.

yes, but I dind’t get the order on my account (payment).

I’ve got the orders for 2023 (#55596) & 2024 (#57453), but not for 2025.

So you renewed it, but I donot have the order.

I need the order for my accountabilty team.
