Drop Down Menu not working

Hi, I put this on your Skype accoutn but no reply. I have the template PicArt installed on this website: http://tearmann.net/newsite16 but the drop down menu is not working on the home page, its fine on the other pages, can you tell me how to fix that? Thanks, B

Can you please try this menu on a mobile phone? On the home page it is not working, it seems fine on other pages.
