Documentation is very unclear and Theme Options don't help

I need to know how to get the sections to display on the home page.

Additionally, I can’t find where to edit the the right sidebar widgets that come preset in the theme.

I saw the Shortcodes but it seems editing isn’t allowed.

I love the theme but your instructions aren’t ready for America.

I just found that I need to us “latest posts” for home page under reading settings

In the “WHAT WE DO” section. How do I change the default message?
“We are possionate about our clients results.”

This is important as passionate is misspelled.

Also, You have the “Read More” buttons in the What we do section that are included by default. When I add my own buttons the default ones are still there. How do I get these to include the URL I require or how do I get them to disappear?
