Display language flag on the header

Hi guys,

on my interior design website www.annababyroom.it i need to display multi-language combo box with flag (italian, english, spanish) such as this my website www.industriadellegno.it . I tried to set up everything with Qtranslate-X plugin, but actually the flag does not display. Could you help me?
