    I want to showcase the website I am building and do not want the homepage getting in the way of the images I am using. How do I do this? I also want to set aside the menu bar – there is one in the footer.

    Hi,

    Kindly go to settings>readings>select your latest posts and save that way you won’t have homepage coming in between the slideshow images.

    Thank you for the reply. I have done that but the menu bar is still there. How do I get rid of it.

    You mean you don’t want menu bar on homepage but on all other pages?

    Essentially to create that I used Appearance/Theme Options/Homepage Slider

    What I want is the menu to not show when the homepage slider is operating.

    Every other page including the Home page requires the menu.
