    Hi, For www.crophair.co.uk
    Any suggestions as to how I can do the following two things:
    1) edit the footer, so that it allows a link to the privacy-policy page I have set up
    2) add a <meta> tag containing my Bing authentication code to the <head> section of my default webpage. Apparently will help my search rankings.

    Ans: Where, you want to add privacy policy link in footer?

    add a <meta> tag containing my Bing authentication code to the <head> section of my default webpage. Apparently will help my search rankings.

    Ans: Kindly go to header.php and add your meta tag before closing </head> head tag.
