Current menu item colour

Hi,

The same issue on two different websites:
Menu items are in bold and customized colour when are “current items” but the home page link appears appears without customizing

1) web: www.centromevis.cat
Menu items are in bold and green colour when are “current items” but in home page the “BIENVENIDA” item appears in black colour and light.

2) web: www.edificacionsvilartagues.com
Menu items are in bold and white colour when are “current items” but in home page the “INICI” item appears in grey colour and light.

How can we fix this issues?
