Create pages inside pages with out sub menu.

I have created my pages for my main menu on my home page, i now want to be able, when i click on Golf courses from my home page this will open that page and allow me to then be able to click to multiple pages, with all the various golf courses listed in my home town. I also want to be able to do the above without the sub menu, as my website grows the homepage will become too messy with every page and post i create coming up as a sub menu when i hover mouse over title.

EG. Click on Golf courses from main menu on home page: With out any sub menus on home page.

Once page opens there will be thumbnail images with the title of the golf course, when you click the title this will then open another page / post with more images and a full review.

Hope this makes sense???
