Control sections

Hello everyone,

is it possible to control the text of the sections. See screenshot http://imgur.com/7rbWUTU I would like to have them all the same size. I got it done except for one, no matter how I rephrase it it always makes it longer. I cant see a pattern that is a certain amount of words or characters. They are all different and stop randomly.
I tried adding the “more tag” but then it looks ugly as it says (more) and below I have the read more button, does not make much sense.

Is there a code or something I can copy paste or can you tell me how this is generated, then I can rephrase my text.

Hi Sixtina,

I have changed the code for you. You have to manually put the content on excerpt box on the respective pages. I have added a excerpt on About page so kindly check and confirm.
