    How do I set this up. I have Be Fit Pro

    I got started but am having trouble. I want get it to look like the demo one. But dont want the phone or url fields

    Hi Elena,

    In order to remove url and phone field we need to change some codes and you have to send us WordPress admin details via sktthemes.net/contact or as an alternative you can use Contact Form 7 plugin and build your own form.
