Contact form + blog – French translation needed

I use SKT Hotel Pro template

My website is in French language but the fields of

>>> the contact form are still in English :
– “Name/Email/Phone/Comments”
The button
– “Submit”
and then when submitted
– “Thank you! A representative will get back to you very shortly.”

>>> the blog archive headers are still in English :

MONTH: JUIN 2016

How can i please change to have them in French language ?
