Contact Form Code Showing Instead of Form

I have my contact form showing in the main widget area – however it has suddenly changed to show the actual code rather than the form. Any ideas? URL: HealingHelen.com

Kindly edit skt-white-pro/functions.php go to bottom and paste below code:

// Enable shortcodes in text widgets
add_filter('widget_text','do_shortcode');

Hey! Thank you. I did that and it is now causing an syntax error that has locked me out of all the editing pages. My site is also down. Even the login screen for wordpress admin. Would really appreciate a quick fix on this as the site isn’t working and we can’t do business.

Update: Worked with my web host’s customer support to remove the code from the server – so I can at least have the website up and running and access the admin site. Contact Form is still broken.
