Construction Pro: Modify/disable lazy load?

I would like to modify or disable the lazy load feature on my site http://cappsconstruction.com

I do not like how it loads, the css and other elements are delayed to where it is a poor user experience. I would like to have all elements load quicker, as in immediately, when a user lands. If not, I would like to disable lazy load entirely.

I can do this in one of two ways:

1. Locate the lazyload script and modify the load time.
2. To disable, call a remove_action() in functions.

For both options, I would need to know where the script lives and what its action name is.

The lazy load is basically animation which can be removed as suggested here:https://www.sktthemes.org/forums/topic/home-page-responsive-display/
