Complete Theme Customizer Issues

Please help: I have installed a few other plugins that I need in order for the site to do what I need it to do. However, the only way to configure these is via the Appearance Customize Section.

The Plugin name is listed in this section under the SKT Template customizer but when I go to edit it, it is blank and nothing is there. How do I gain access to third party plugin custom settings in the customizer?
