Columns don't work Perfect Accounting

Bumped into another issue with this theme. I want to use the columns on the Contact page instead of the lay-out in the customizer. I can’t get the columns to work. Tried it on another page and the same. Used this shortcodes:

[row] [columns size=”1/2″]
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut commodo congue laoreet. Nullam cursus pretium nulla

[/columns] [columns size=”1/2″]
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut commodo congue laoreet. Nullam cursus pretium nulla

[/columns] [/row]

The content is put below eachother instead of next to eachother. And also is the word row showing above and underneath the content.

I can’t provide a link because the site is under construction.

Is this the right code for the Perfect Accounting theme in order to get columns? And if yes do you know why it won’t work?
