Hi,
I notice that when I am editing the different sections on the front page, the editor within each section doesn’t have the same functions as the editor on a normal page. I don’t have the ability to change the font color in different sections or use a plugin I have which adds drop shadows to images. Is there a way to have that full functionality in the section editors? It would be extremely helpful.
Thank You,
Joe
Hi Joe,
For the sections you can use shortcodes if possible. However rest other functions don’t work like font changes etc.
You can however use HTML as well in HTML view.

Shri
I am using a page builder (siteorigin) and would like to use a widget in the section. So are you saying that it is not possible?
Joe
Site origin page builder or any other page builder might work best on posts or on independent inner pages.
Kindly do not use them on the homepage as the homepage is via sections.
Rest all pages are just fine.
Regards,
Shri
